Free Class

During the free class you'll complete our dynamic warm up; skill instruction, development & practice; and the workout of the day (WOD). If you're new to our style of training, no worries ... we will teach you everything you need to know and scale the class to your current fitness level / ability. If you have CrossFit experience -- you're looking to transfer from another affiliate, or you've completed an On Ramp or similar program elsewhere -- let me know and we will schedule your free class during one of our CrossFit classes. We will have time after class to talk about your fitness goals, answer any questions you might have about training with us, and outline the right next steps for you. Please come prepared / dressed for a workout, and bring a bottle of water.
